Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JMLplatform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

JML provides tools to define positions, access packages, and employee lifecycle workflows (joiners, movers, leavers) for your organization. The Service is a roster and evidence file. It does not replace your identity provider or automatically create or disable logins in other systems. You are responsible for the data you and your teammates input into the Service.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace.
  • Organization owners control role assignments and may invite, remove, or change the permissions of any member.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JML is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
